Cale Gale climbed back aboard a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) entry for the first time since his thrilling victory in the 2012 season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. After finishing first in final practice, Gale went to work in the race to show that his victory last season was no fluke. Starting in the 18th spot, Gale quickly worked his way into the top 10. After a late-race restart, Gale sought to bring home a solid finish for his Rheem team, earning a 13th-place finish in his 2013 NCWTS debut. During the two practice sessions earlier in the day Thursday, Gale was looking to knock the rust off and get comfortable with his No. 30 Rheem Chevrolet Silverado. It didn't take Gale long to knock that rust off as he finished on top of the scoring sheet for final practice.
