Source: Streeter Lecka/Getty Images North America NASCAR has penalized Michael Waltrip Racing after the events that took place Saturday night at Richmond International Speedway. Clint Bowyer was said to of purposely spun out his No. 15 5-Hour Energy Toyota and Brian Vickers was penalized due to slowing and making a questionable pit stop. These sequence of events helped  Martin Truex Jr. enter the NASCAR Sprint Cup Chase as the second Wild Card participant.   • NASCAR screwed up again to protect fair haired boy 15 Bowyer! All the evidence points to a deliberate spin to completely change the order of drivers for the Chase. Announcers, drivers, the video and audio all confirm Golden Boy did it deliberately. You stink NASCAR. You can't even make this look good-you didn't even try.Another black eye for a great sport!!
