After a weekend off for various appearances and some relaxation in Chicago, Danica Patrick was back behind the wheel and this time it was at a venue all too familiar to the 31 year old NASCAR Rookie.
As the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series took to the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the 20th running of the Brickyard 400, all eyes were on Patrick as she got behind the wheel of her No.10 GoDaddy Chevy for the first time at the historic track.
Since 2005 where she made history in her first attempt at the Indy 500, Patrick had made a total of eight starts prior to last Sunday’s race. In her first start in IndyCar’s most historic and popular race, Patrick became a household name after starting third, leading laps and ultimately finishing fourth in the Indy 500. Danica Patrick demonstrated once again, she isn’t qualified to drive a NASCAR. She qualified her car at almost 5 MPH slower than pole winner Jimmie Johnson who averaged 180.654 MPH. Patrick put her car into the 34th position with a speed of 175.860. The former Daytona Pole winner hasn’t done much since winning the pole on the supper speedway. She lacks the tools to be competitive...

Patrick has a lengthy relationship with the company, carrying its GoDaddy.com sponsorship in her IndyCar and NASCAR racing careers. Blake Irving recently took over the company and, as with any group, a change in leadership can lead to questions...
Danica Patrick had a strong racecar and appeared to be in contention for a solid top-20 finish in the GoBowling.com 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race Sunday at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway.
But Patrick’s efforts were foiled just 50 laps shy of the race’s completion when she was caught in a wreck at lap 110 in the No. 10 GoDaddy Chevrolet SS for Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR).
Jimmie Johnson is looking to make a clean sweep of Pocono Raceway in 2013.
It would not be the first time the five-time series champion won both Sprint Cup races at the 2.5-mile track. Nor would it be his first sweep of the season. Johnson accomplished that task last month when he won the Coke Zero 400 after taking the Daytona 500 in February.
But it would be the first time since...
