David Ragan pulled off a upset with help from teammate David Gilliland by winning the Aaron’s 499 on Sunday but not everyone was happy. Brad Keselowski said he was “happy as hell a small team won” but exception with the final restart of the race. Keselowski, the 2012 series champion, took to twitter to complain about the final restart as Ragan had made his way to victory lane to celebrate his second career win. mad as hell about that finish.
