POTD 2/6/12: Ivan Johnson On Channing Frye
I find Ivan Johnson to be the NBA’s most frightening player. At 6’8 230 pounds, he plays the game like something of a human wrecking ball. He also looks like he wants to kill you… all the time. Surprisingly, Channing Frye (of all people) had the stones to contest one of Johnson’s takes to the rack. I believe he was actually fortunate to have been dunked...
Channing Frye's hot streak continues with 21 points, 10 rebounds and four threes
Channing Frye is in the midst of a three-game hot streak. In Phoenix's 96-89 loss to the Houston Rockets, Frye hit 8-of-17 shots on the way to 21 points, 10 rebounds, four three-pointers, an assist, two steals and two blocks. It's a reward to his oh-so-patient owners who held on through his slump.
Frye came into tonight after two solid games (19 points and nine rebounds...

Tuesday was Steve Nash's 38th birthday, and he celebrated with his Phoenix Suns teammates during morning meetings while on the road in Milwaukee. The Suns gave Nash a birthday surprise...with a singing purple gorilla.
The Suns also gave Nash a balloon. However, since Nash is health conscious, there was no cake, which disappointed some teammates.

Phoenix Suns' Steve Nash continues to defy calendar
Young: If he is selected to his eighth All-Star Game when the NBA announces reserves Thursday, he would be among the oldest players named to the mid-season feature.
Redd returns to Milwaukee with Suns
By MATT BEARDMORE,
STATS WriterMichael Redd broke the 40-point barrier 11 times during his time with the Milwaukee Bucks, but a 17-point performance for the Phoenix Suns on Saturday could have been one of the best moments of his career. Redd is likely in for another memorable game Tuesday, regardless of how many points he scores. Returning to Milwaukee for the first time since spending...

Redd grateful to be back in Milwaukee
Michael Redd said he took a wrong turn on his way to the visitors' locker room at the Bradley Center. Who could blame No. 22? He spent 11 years with the Bucks, but on this night he had a purple Suns jersey hanging in the visitors' locker room under his nametag.
