It was a pretty underwhelming start to the Halloween festivities this past week. Kris Humphries went as Kenny Powers, a funny costume back in 2010. We also saw Alex Morgan going out as the unimpressed McKayla Maroney…yawn. We expected more from athletes and the best we saw was Quinton “Rampage” Jackson dressed as Blackman (his version of Batman). Yes, Halloween isn’t until Wednesday, but this was supposed to be the big weekend. Where were the locked out NHLers getting blacked out dressed as Ghostbusters? What about the MLB drunks not on the Tigers or Giants? The only saving grace was Arianny Celeste – she’s an athlete, right? Lets hope the jocks pick it up over the next few days. Brooklyn Nets big man Kris Humphries wasn’t the only one to dress like Kenny Powers this Halloween. Over the weekend, we saw plenty of Kennys rolling around town. HBO’s Eastbound and Down’s central character appeared to be the most imitated sports figure…and for good reason. Unfortunately there were no Stevie Janowski sightings. To see More Pics...

Here are the San Antonio Spurs rocking and rolling for an early Halloween party last night. I’m sure with everyone getting the word that 6th man of the year James Harden was dressing up as a Houston Rocket from here on out, probably made the party a little more fun.-TO
