More Than Stats:
What a exciting Saturday Night from NBA ALL Star Weekend, I watched one of my favorite Point Guards Kyrie Irving take home the 3pt shootout trophy, and the young kid Terrance Ross jump out the Gym as he won the Sprite Slam Dunk Competition. Umm, I missed everything else, but those two events had me hyped enough. But you know me, my eyes were stuck on the style of the evening, as NBA stars continue to make their fashion statements.I’m loving the progression, as I see GQ is talking NBA fashion for All Star Weekend, guess I’m doing a good Job. Check out the looks below.
Dwyane Wade(Miami Heat) looked extra dapper for his Li Ning Way Of Wade All-Star event, Wade enrobed in a sharp 3-peice glen plaid suit, he spruced up with a unique gold chain bow tie, very creative.
Russell Westbrook keeps the loud prints coming,as he opts for a S/S Louis Vuitton x Stephen Sprouse graffiti shirt he paired with his trademark frames. (LV shirt photo by Redsoleboy)
Chris Paul wore a unique $574 Balmai...

During his media availability for All-Star weekend in Houston, Dwyane Wade was asked how this era of basketball will be remembered. And while you might of thought his answer would include teammate and NBA champ, LeBron James – it didn’t. D Wade named Kobe Bryant as the leader of this “good” era of basketball:
“When you look back at this era there’s going to be a lot of...

Blake Griffin showed off with a gold watch, denim shirt and wool blazer by Waraire Boswell.
LeBron James was also in Waraire Boswell with a retro-tile print and bowtie
Chris Paul in head...
Of course, I’m keeping you updated on all the NBA-All Star fashion. Let’s take a look at what was hot on day one. Everyone was talking about Russell Westbrook and James Harden coaching attire for the Sprint Celebrity Game. I actually was cool with both ensembles. Russ rocked a brown sport coat, camo pants and the lemon Jordan V “Tokyo 23”. I would’ve selected a different...
Kyrie Irving cut through the lane, caught a pass from Dwyane Wade and banked in a layup in a play that would not make any of the highlight reels for the 2013 NBA All-Star Game. In an exhibition filled with Blake Griffin dunks, Kobe Bryant blocks and Chris Bosh misfortune, the most basic play imaginable capped a night that changes everything for Irving.
Make no mistake, Irving has...
Lil’ Wayne is not the type of person to just forgive and forget. During his show in Houston, Lil’ Wayne told the audience that he was banned from the NBA All Star game by the NBA. Why was he banned? He says it’s because he “f**ked Chris Bosh’s wife.” Not only that but Weezy says he hates LeBron and Dwyane Wade. I think it’s safe to say that Lil’ Wayne won’t...
