Ben Gordon will need to sign a qualify with the Chicago Bulls by Wednesday to become eligible to be an unrestricted free agent. This brings up more questions about his potential role with the Bulls this year as they have a young team, that needs playing time.

After a Summer of uncertainty, it appears that restricted free agent guard Ben Gordon will end up playing for the Chicago Bulls in the upcoming season. The "Chicago Tribune" reported that Gordon has apparently changed his mind and will sign a one year qualifying offer by Chicago.

Face-full of blame pie
Zero-sum blame game isn't just my experimental jazz-fusion project, it's the idea that because there are many people to blame, nobody deserves to be singled out. I don't believe in that. So, even though Ben Gordon was invisible, Ben Wallace was 'the dead body' (credit to BullHockey for tha...
Sixers Win Tight One In Spectrum's Encore
America's Showplace was a venue known for it's ability to entertain. In one last gesture to honor its history, the Sixers and Bulls left fans feeling like they got their money's worth Friday evening. Sure, there was plenty of ugly play and poor officiating (We're looking at you Joey!) but the excitement of a game coming down to the wire spiced up by a few...
Gordon Signs One Year Tender Offer
I read today that Ben Gordon of the Chicago Bulls plans on signing his one year tender offer and make it to the first day of training camp. I am excited to hear about this because I think he and Derrick Rose will combine to make a very lethal scoring duo in the NBA. There have been a number of NBA players that have already raved about Rose and his ability to penetrate and create...
The Diva Is Disturbed! Hughes Unhappy With Playing With Bulls
The "Chicago Tribune" Monday reported that Hughes has now voiced his displeasure with his role with the Bulls. Hughes told reporters that he deserves more minutes than he is getting, and is not pleased he is so far down on the depth chart. Of course the reason that he was replaced in the starting lineup by Ben Gordon was Hughes started the season on the injured list, a...
Philadelphia 76ers 104 vs. Chicago Bulls 101
The Chicago Bulls fell to the Philadelphia 76ers tonight 104 to 101 at the United Center.
Ben Gordon hit a clutch three to tie the game at 101. Then Brad Miller fouled Andre Iguodala who made 1 of 2 free throws to give the 76ers a 102 to 101 lead. Rose was then blocked [...]
Dallas Mavericks 102, Chicago Bulls 94
The Bulls played a inspired game last night but they fell just a tad short in Dallas. Ben Gordon led the way for the Bulls with 25 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals. Drew Gooden was solid again off the bench for the Bulls as he finished with 17 points, 8 [...]
Effort is back but Bulls fall to Jazz
It’s been awhile since I have been able to sit down and offer my opinion of the Bulls. I’m actually impressed with the way the short-handed Bulls are playing. There seems to be more fluid ball movement and this maybe due to the fact that there is no Ben Gordon, Loul Deng or Kirk Hinrich [...
7-on-7 with Ben Gordon: New Guys, Old School and…Peanut Butter?
Chicago Bulls guard Ben Gordon is back to answer questions from his fans. Find out what skill Gordon thinks he needs to improve, what he thinks of the new guys and whether he likes to be on the floor with Derrick Rose and Kirk Hinrich at the same time. Gordon also talks to Jillian Jesk [...]
Chicago Bulls 113, Indiana Pacers 107
The Bulls were just too much for the Pacers last night. Larry Hughes led the way for the Bulls with 29 points, 3 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals off the bench. Luol Deng had a solid game with 16 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals. Ben Gordon pitched in [...]
Gordon And Salmons Show Too Much For Hornets As Bulls Run Wild 97-79
Gordon has gone from a man without a home as he signed a one year pact last Summer to stay with the Bulls, to one of the main reasons why Chicago will make the Playoffs this season. The starting back-court of rookie Derrick Rose and Gordon has resurrected the shooting guards stature in the Association and with Chicago. Gordon Saturday night was a key component along with forward...
Chicago Bulls 97 vs. New Orleans Hornets 79
The Chicago Bulls defeated the New Orleans Hornets 97 to 79 at the United Center behind some great play by Ben Gordon and John Salmons.
The final score doesn’t really do justice to what the Bulls regulars did. The garbage players on the Bulls are just really, really bad. Tyrus Thomas is apparently now part of [...]
