If you watch enough Spurs basketball, you know that Bruce Bowen has never committed a foul. Ever. His recent hilariously ironic suspension for attempting to drive his heel through Chris Paul's gonads got a discussion of Bowen's infamous tactics started. Bruce, feels it's his duty, to piss, moan, and fight every "foul" called against him, because, he's fighting to protect Jesus Christ's name. Ahhhh…well f***, how ironic. See…when I watch Bruce Bowen, I usually end up muttering the words "JESUS ******* CHRIST&quo...

D-Wade: My Interpretation Of The MVP Aint Kobe

With the NBA season hitting the home stretch, the debate for MVP is slowly heating up. Some think Kobe is the MVP. Others say it's Lebron. What about CP3? Or D-Wade? Speaking of D-Wade, he thinks that the MVP should be decided by using the meaning of the acronym. Something that I totally agree with. You see, the letters M-V-P stand for Most Valuable Player. A meaning that...

The Lefty Guard Barack Obama , Chris Paul, and The Trade Deadline

Embedded video from CNN VideoAs a left handed person, this is the first time I’ve ever heard anything good about a lefty in basketball since Lefty Drizzel. CNN got quite an assortment of former and current players to break down President Obama’s game. They go a little soft on el Presidente, but considering we desperately need a point guard who knows how to pass and screen away...

Bobblehead Manufacturers Finally Recognize

Guys. This is actually really cool. Last year when we got Tyson Chandler bobbleheads, I complained about how it couldn?t really look like Tyson because it had no tats. I mean, that?s pretty lame. If they can get Chris Paul?s two-colored bracelets right, you?d think they can at least stamp some ink on it. I can [...]

Chris Paul Stands Tall

There's been recent debate in the NBA as to who is the best point guard. Analysts will place the names Chauncey Billups, Tony Parker, Derron Williams, Jason Kidd and Chris Paul onto their lists. Usually it's a contention as to who is the #1 choice between Billups and Parker, but some argue that Chr...

Day 136 of 170: CP3 Says What About Me

Line of the Night: With all the attention Dwyane Wade has been getting lately, Chris Paul (1.45) reminds us not to forget about him. He is - after all - still the best fantasy player in the league right now. Paul notched his league leading 6th triple-double (30/10/13) of the year, while adding 4 steals [...]

BigCat's Take on the streak

I'm honestly, kind of freaking out about the last few weeks in Bobcats history.? 6 straight wins is a big deal.? Legit chances in playoff hunt is a huge deal.? Wheeling and dealing and making mini-roster moves to get ready for the playoffs and just getting set and ready under a legit coach and a ...

Derrick Rose 2008 is Allen Iverson 1996

Derrick Rose 2008 is Allen Iverson 1996. Iverson was the 1st pick 12 years ago in 1996. Jordan was the 3rd pick of the 1984 NBA Draft 12 years before Iverson in 1996. Rose should weear the #3 as a...

Dwyane Wade Has Made Me a Believer

Never let it be said that I am too stubborn to change my mind when I am presented with compelling evidence. I have insisted throughout this season that Kobe Bryant and LeBron James are in a class by themselves in the MVP discussion because their skill sets, their size advantage over other top perimeter players and the success of their teams place them above all other contenders-...
