Pacers point guard Travis Diener was nice enough to check in from Taiwan to give everybody an update on how the trip is going.
I'll have a bowl of fruit loops and a glass of orange juice as I watch the Pacers take on the Denver Nuggets bright and early Thursday morning.
Talk about a long, long, long flight. It took us 17 hours to get here. We had to stop in Alaska to change crew and fill the plane back up.
I wish I had some funny stories to tell you about the flight over. Sorry, I don't have much to offer. Wouldn't you think there would be plenty of pranks played on people during a 17-hour flight? Everybody pretty much slept or watched movies.
There were hundreds of fans and media when we landed in Taipei. It was crazy how many people were there to greet. We only have a couple of media people follow us in Indy. Everybody seems pretty excited about us playing an NBA game here.
