A cautiously positive take on Doug Collins becoming the Bulls new head coach. He did turn Horace Grant and Scottie Pippen into the players they became, and possibly he could do the same for Tyrus Thomas and Luol Deng.

It appears that Joey Dorsey knows who the Chicago Bulls are going to draft. At the pre-draft camp Dorsey announced that the Bulls will select Beasley. He doesn't cite any logic or information only stating that Chicago has alot of pressure on them because Rose is from Chicago.

I have mix feelings with Collins because I have seen him become really emotional while coaching the Bulls. The last thing this team needs is crying and whining from a coach. However, Collins is one of the smartest minds in basketball and should lead the team back to glory. Expect the former Bulls coach to sign a 3 year deal for 6 million.
