Ball Don't Lie:
A man in Los Angeles is recovering after being attacked by a Minnesota Timber Wolf on Friday night.Lakers guard Derek Fisher(notes) was doing his job at Staples Center — playing defense, trying to take a charge — when the Wolf lunged at him from around the free throw line.Fisher said the Wolf bit his soul."He was a young, healthy one," Fisher told make-believe reporters. "The locals call him Corey Brewer(notes). He was just a hungry, hungry Wolf that was doing what he had to do to dunk the basketball and I just reacted, thank God, the way I did and survived it.""I just pray I don't have rabies."Dunk of the year? You tell me, sweet world.

I'd say Corey Brewer put his nuts on Derek Fisher on that vicious posertization... but they were a good six inches above his head.I love the look on Fish's face. He knows this dunk is going to be everywhere today.Nasty
Bad things happen to good people. It’s a fact of life. The latest proof is Corey Brewer dunking on Derek Fisher. Getting dunked on happens to basketball players. It doesn’t bother them. Getting dunked on wouldn’t make a player confiscate videos of the facial. But if ever there was a time to try…
That’s nasty. I [...]
Check out this dunk by Corey Brewer last night against Derek Fisher and the Lakers.
This is like witnessing a crime being committed. In the role of victim, we have the Lakers’ Derek Fisher. His assailant is portrayed by young monster (and Tennessee native) Corey Brewer of the Minnesota Timberwolves. The look of terror on Fisher’s face lets you know he will need counseling as a result of the incident. [...]

Wow! This dunk on Derek Fisher by the hands of Corey Brewer was so good, it almost made Oleksiy Pecherov smile at the (0:21) mark.
I love that after Fisher [...]
Derek Fisher didn’t watch Sportscenter on this night. Corey Brewer throws down a massive dunk on Fisher that sends him sliding into camera row, and also disbelief. Stumble upon something good? Corey Brewer steamrolls Derek Fisher for one of the best dunks of the year, via NBA.

I feel like it’s been a million days since our last Post Up. Derek Fisher has been annihilated by Corey Brewer. Chris Douglas-Roberts underwent an MRI on his knee that was negative and has a mild sprain. Deron Williams –and undrafted rookie Wesley Matthews– took down the Lakers in Utah, revenge for that awful six-point fourth quarter collaspe they...
Corey Brewer posterizes Derek Fisher Friday Night in the Staples Center, as the Lakers go on to beat the Timberwolves 104-92.This dunk is sick!!!!!!!
Up until now, Dwyane Wade’s cram over Anderson Varejao last month was the frontrunner for dunk of the year honors. But after Corey Brewer smashed one right over Derek Fisher in the Timberwolves’ game against the Lakers on Saturday night, there is now room for debate.
On today’s show Skeets and Tas tell you who thrived and who barely survived this weekend. Have the Jazz fully recovered from their early season woes? Is David Stern embracing gambling?
