Sporting News staff reports Greek club Olympiakos is making a run at another NBA star. Multiple media outlets are reporting that the club is offering 10-time All Star guard Allen Iverson a two-year, $10 million contract. The club already employs former Atlanta Hawks forward Josh Childress and has inquired about free agents Nate Robinson, David Lee, Ramon Sessions and Linas Kleiza this offseason. Olympiakos' offer to Iverson reportedly is for the same amount of years and money as what Iverson, an unrestricted free agent, is seeking from an NBA team. The Heat, Knicks, Clippers and Grizzlies reportedly have had interest in Iverson this offseason, but all those teams have since backed off.

Minnesota messed up again, plus Allen Iverson going to Greece?

Can’t the Timberwolves do anything right? The same franchise that used its first-ever draft pick on Pooh Richardson when Mookie Blaylock, Tim Hardaway and Shawn Kemp were still on the board; that cost itself five years of first-round picks just to overpay Joe Smith under the table; that wasted Kevin Garnett’s prime by not getting [...]

Allen Iverson is still searching for his home. He's coming off a nightmare of a season in Detroit. One that ended in what was probably a fake injury. Allen Iverson needs a job

Super-scoring guard Allen Iverson needs a job and at this point it’s tough to say which teams he’s going to sign with. There had been rumors that the Memphis Grizzlies had interest, but considering the young guards they already have it’s possible that adding Iverson would merely stunt the growth of talented shooting guard O.J. Mayo [...]

White Chocolate to the Big Apple?

by Ben Osborne The Ramon Sessions rumors haven’t gone anywhere. The Allen Iverson one makes sense to me (really, Knicks, bring in the Answer for a season! But before the Knicks sign either of those guys, they’re first exploring bringing in another player who might sell a few tickets: Jason...
