Believe it or not, Livingston's injury sounds just as bad as it looked. Have you ever heard of anyone doing this much damage to his leg. I don't think there was anything else left to ruin. The recovery time is 8-12 months which puts him on pace for a post 2008 All-Star break return.
"The MRI revealed that Livingston suffered tears to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), medial collateral ligament (MCL) and lateral meniscus. Livingston also suffered a patella dislocation, in addition to the previously diagnosed tibia/femoral dislocation."

Jesus man...he was starting to come around too. It's a damn shame, he's a young guy with a lot of promise who's already lost a lot of time to injury.

I'm recovering from repairing my ACL and meniscus. I can't imagine having to recover from 3 ligaments and a meniscus, among other things. I'm not sure if we'll ever really see how good he could have been.
