The New Jersey Nets say an MRI performed on forward Yi Jianlian confirmed that he has sprained a ligament in his right knee. The Nets said Tuesday that Yi will begin rehabilitation immediately and there is no timetable for his return. Yi was injured in Monday night's 79-68 loss at Charlotte. Yi was near the basket when Bobcats forward Gerald Wallace fell and rolled into his leg midway through the third quarter. Yi crumpled to the floor and put no pressure on his right leg as he left.
