Stephon Marbury and the Knicks reached an agreement today on a buyout settlement during an arbitration hearing over the point guard?s $400,000 fine, according to an NBA source.
Marbury is expected to be waived as soon as tonight after meeting with team president Donnie Walsh today at a Midtown law firm.

Stephon Marbury and the Knicks have finally decided it was best to part ways and everyone in New York in rejoicing. This clears up lots of cap room and moves them out of a sad chapter in Knicks history.
