A couple weeks ago Washington Wizards JaVale McGee got ripped by his coach. He got ripped because on a breakaway he passes it off the backboard and dunked it himself. On Saturday Philadelphia 76ers high flyer Andre Iguodala did the same thing but his was not on a breakaway it was in traffic. Making it that more impressive.
Iguodala rebounded a Detroit Pistons miss and took off with the ball leading the 76ers on a 3 on 2 fast break. Instead of passing the ball to one of the wings Iguodala passed the ball off the backboard to himself and took the pass off the backboard and threw down the dunk.
This should be no surprise Iguodala is one of the best athletes and dunkers in the NBA. Check out video of Iguodala’s play below.
