OKC Thunder superstar Kevin Durant excitingly went to Instagram after the Knicks game as he posed for a photo with pastor Carl Lentz , while wearing his trendsetting backpack. Kevin became famous for  his backpack trend during the playoffs last season as he rocked them to post-game press conferences, which stirred up a buzz amongst basketball fans and fashion critics, I would say more curiosity as everyone wondered what was actually in Kevin’s bag . Now Kevin has his on line of backpacks, the KD Hoops Elite Ball Backpack, which he wore in the the photo below. $70 KD Hoops Elite Ball Backpack photo via Instagram

Oklahoma City Thunder Make Grand Gesture Towards High School Player

A bad day might have a semi-happy ending for Hugo High basketball player Trey Johnson. The poor kid made national news after scoring a basket on his own goal and costing his team the game in the state quarter-finals. There really isn't much you can say to a kid that has made that kind of blunder except that it is okay and eventually it will get better. It does suck that...

Underrated Stat of the Night - Thunder 3/10

Today, the Celtics had their win streak snapped with a 91-79 loss to the OKC Thunder. This Thunder team has only lost at home four times all year, so I knew that this one would be tough. The Thunder led this game pretty much the whole way with the Celtics occasionally making failed comebacks. Pierce led the C's with 20 points on 6/12 shooting. Besides him, nobody else showed...

Pop likes the defensive effort on Durant from Jackson, Leonard

Kevin Durant finished with 26 points against the defensive duo of San Antonio Spurs' Kawhi Leonard and Stephen Jackson. The lanky swingmen consistently hounded the NBA's defending three-time scoring champion, forcing him into the least efficient areas of the court -- particularly in spots where Tim Duncan and Tiago Splitter could alter the 6-foot-9 forward's shot.  ...

As a Denver Nuggets fan living west of the Mississippi River, Mrs. NBA plays the fanalyst. The roles are reversed for the Eastern Conference. 1. Celtics Don't Give Up, Lose to Thunder

The Boston Celtics lose to the Thunder, 91 to 79. Paul Pierce had 20 points along with 6 assists and 4 rebounds. Kevin Garnett shot very poorly, 5 for 18 from the field. Kevin Durant got 11 free throws to go for 23 points. My boy Jeff Green though had another MONSTER SLAM. I feel like we could have won this game, we never gave up and we continued to fight.
