Kris Humphries (3/4/0 with 2 blocks) fouled Kevin Garnett (16/10/1) somewhat hard (his flopping made it look worse than it was). Rajon Rondo (6/1/3 with 2 steals) took exception to the contact, and since NBA players are mature, emotionally well-adjusted individuals, a brawl ensued, resulting in the ejection of Humpy and Rondo. Word has it a towel boy was punched in the face as the altercation migrated into the crowd, which surprisingly is frowned upon. Both of these clowns will probably be suspended. Here’s what else happened in that game and elsewhere in the National Basketball Association:
Gerald Wallace – 5/2/3 with 3 steals as he was also ejected after two technicals. Stay classy.
Joe Johnson – Led the tea, with 18 points, 4 rebs and 6 assists. He also went 3 for 6 from downtown.
Meyers Leonard – Grabbed 7 rebounds in 13 1/2 minutes. If only that was how he normally played.
Damian Lillard – He and Nicolas Batum both played heavy minutes and each scored 20 points. Lillard only sh...

Rondo is still a good basketball player
Rondo’s ‘determined to show I can become a leader’ campaign took a hit in many people’s eyes when he lost his composure in the game on Wednesday against the Nets.
