ATLANTA -- The Charlotte Bobcats look to Atlanta to help stop a four game losing streak. And why not, the Bobcats have more wins than losses against the Hawks, 16-13 all time in the series. The 8-year-old franchise also has five wins in their history here in Atlanta against the Hawks. This is the fourth game this season where the Bobcats have caught an opponent on a second night of a back-to-back following a Bobcats day of rest. The previous three haven't gone too well with losses each time to Miami, Orlando and the Hawks just six days ago. In fact, the Hawks came to Charlotte right after dropping a three-overtime thriller to Miami and held out for an overtime win against the Bobcats. There will be a lineup change for the Bobcats tonight, with Byron Mullens getting his first start at center. Tyrus Thomas returns to the starting group after resting during the Houston game. There are three teams that Boris Diaw seems to play better against, according to his career scoring averages. His favorite opponent is Phoenix, where he averages close to 15 points per game. Atlanta is second at just over 13 points per game. Both teams ar e former employers. New York is the third team he enjoys seeing on the schedule. He has pushed his career average just above 12 against the Knicks after dumping 19 on them Monday night. In five games where the Bobcats have either won or been close, Boris has averaged 16 points a game. In the 5 games where the Bobcats have suffered a double digit loss, Boris has only averaged 4 points a game. Bobcats Live gets us rolling at 7 p.m. on SportSouth, with tip-off at 7:30.
