The Charlotte Bobcats exercised third-year options on forward Bismack Biyombo and guard Kemba Walker, the team announced Friday. Biyombo was the seventh overall pick of the Sacramento Kings in the 2011 draft but his rights were acquired by the Bobcats in a three-team trade that included the Milwaukee Bucks. 5.2 points and led the team with 5.8 rebounds and 1.8 blocks last season. He is averaging 3.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in the preseason. Walker was a first round pick of the Bobcats in 2011 (No. 9 overall). He averaged 12.2 points, 4.4 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 0.9 steals last season. He recorded the third triple-double in Bobcats history with 20 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds against the Washington Wizards in January. He is averaging 14.0 points, 3.8 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.7 steals in the preseason.
