The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Phoenix Suns have reached an agreement in principle on a deal that sends Shaquille O'Neal to Cleveland, ESPN The Magazine’s Chris Broussard reports. Cleveland will send Ben Wallace, Sasha Pavlovic, $500,000 cash, and the 46th pick in Thursday’s NBA Draft to the Suns for the future Hall of Fame center.The deal is awaiting league approval and should be finalized on Thursday. Shaq is expected to bolster the front line of the Cavs, and he gives Cleveland an inside threat to help free up room for Lebron James to operate.
