inflexwetrust.com Brooklyn Nets Sign Andray Blatche The Brooklyn Nets have reached an agreement with former Washington Wizard forward Andray Blatche to a one year non-guaranteed contract. Blatche was released by the Wizards in July, as they used their amnesty on the troubled 26 year old. The Nets will be happy to bring in Blatche without his last contract, as Blatche can be productive off the bench with the Nets desperate need for size after Lopez at center Blatche would figure to play the position off the bench. Blatche doesn’t have a traditional centers game but is a big body at 6-11 270 pounds. Andray Blatche will hope to get back to his 2010-11 season where he saw career highs in points and rebounds. In that season Blatche averaged 16.8 points, and 8.3 rebounds in 64 games. The signing for the Nets makes sense with it being non-guaranteed it is low risk high reward, and with veterans like Deron Williams and Joe Johnson in the locker room the chances of Blatche causing problem...
