Mayo is also out for the third straight game with an illness. Also remaining out are centers Zaza Pachulia (right foot fracture) and Ekpe Udoh (sprained left ankle). Carlos Delfino is also still recovering from right foot surgery.

Bucks finish 1-14 for January

A long and frustrating month for the Milwaukee Bucks concluded Friday with what was likely their worst defensive performance of the season. In a battle of the two teams with the worst records in the NBA, Orlando scored 35 points in the first quarter and led by as many as 25 in a 113-102 victory over the Bucks at Amway Center. Milwaukee finishes January at 1-14, the second-worst month...

Bucks rookie Wolters looks to get more aggressive

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. -- Thrust into an elevated role earlier than anyone expected, Nate Wolters began to get away from the style of play that got him to the NBA in the first place. The rookie guard had become too cautious, passing up opportunities to take a shot or drive the ball to the hoop. But as minutes began to become few and far between, Wolters knew he had to become aggressive...

Nowhere to go but up for NBA-worst Bucks

(Eds: With AP Photos.) By GENARO C. ARMAS AP Sports Writer After another double-digit loss, Bucks coach Larry Drew received encouraging words from Clippers counterpart Doc Rivers. It went along the lines of, ''Hang in there, things will get better.'' Really, it would be difficult for it to get much worse for Milwaukee, owner of the NBA's worst record. Injuries...

Breakdowns cost Bucks lead, game against Grizzlies

The Milwaukee Bucks turned an unfamiliar situation into one they've unfortunately become all too accustomed to by letting a second-half lead slip away in Memphis on Saturday night. Up by as many as 13 points in the first half and leading at halftime for the first time since New Year's Eve, the Bucks were unable to sustain their advantage in the second half as the red-hot...

The Milwaukee Bucks have been playing terrible basketball this season but this past month has been the worst so far.  The Bucks managed to win just one game in the whole month of January. The only win they were able to get was from a dysfunctional Detroit Pistons in Milwaukee. To say this season has been trying for Bucks’ fans would be an understatement.  The Buck’s blowout...

Milwaukee shuffles starting lineup in order to match up with Orlando

At 12-35 and with the league's second-worst record, the Orlando Magic don't often dictate the sorts of lineups its opponents can play. That dynamic will change Friday against the Milwaukee Bucks, the league's worst team, as coach Larry Drew elected to shuffle his starting five in order to match Orlando's style. Drew said he will start Nate Wolters and Brandon Knight...

Bucks-Magic Preview

Most of the Milwaukee Bucks' defeats during a 15-game road losing streak against the Orlando Magic came when Dwight Howard played for the home team. A less-heralded center is clearly capable of doing enough to hand them another loss in Orlando. Nikola Vucevic has four straight double-doubles against Milwaukee entering Friday night's matchup between the NBA's worst teams...
