Apparently, the Milwaukee Bucks didn't feel they had enough Antetokounmpo brothers in their organization. It was announced on Monday that the Wisconsin Herd, the Bucks' G League affiliate, made a trade that will bring Alex Antetokounmpo, Giannis' younger brother, over to the Badger State.
The Wisconsin Herd has acquired the returning player rights to Alex Antetokounmpo and a second-round pick in the 2023 NBA G League Draft from the Raptors 905 in exchange for the returning player rights of Jalen Lecque.

The younger Antetokounmpo has not yet made his NBA debut. Last season, he appeared in 15 games for the Toronto Raptors' G League affiliate, the Raports 905, and averaged 2.6 points and 1.3 rebounds per game. The 20-year-old attended high school in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, and played basketball in Europe for one year before returning to the state and entering the G League in 2021.
Alex is should feel right at home in the Bucks organization. Older brother Thanasis joined the organization in 2019, and NBA Finals MVP Giannis has been a leader in Milwaukee since he arrived on the scene during the 2013-14 season.
The brothers took the court together during the 2022 NBA All-Star Skills Challenge.
