ST. FRANCIS, Wis. - It wasn't quite business as usual Friday as the Bucks finally took to the court at the Cousins Center, but it was as close as possible considering the circumstances.
Head coach Scott Skiles finally got the chance to work with his team, though some of the pieces were still missing. The practice session ran a little over an hour and while there was no physical contact, the workout was intense.
"It was good," Skiles said. "We had between three and five practice plans for today depending on how many guys we were going to have and we weren't sure until just a few minutes before. We basically had nine guys but tomorrow we'll have everybody."
A number of players were unable to participate in the workout due to various contract situations. Mike Dunleavy Jr., who agreed to a free agent contract on Thursday night, was one of those players. The Bucks couldn't officially sign him until the deal which sent Keyon Dooling to Boston became finalized.
