The Bulls are off to a 2-0 start for the first time since the 2002-03 season despite playing without star point guard Derrick Rose, who isn't expected to return until the second half of the season because of a knee injury. Rose tore the ACL in his left knee in Game 1 of the first round against Philadelphia and the Bulls were eliminated by the 76ers.
The Bulls have won nine straight games over the Cavaliers, who haven't recorded a win in the series since LeBron James left town after the 2010 season. Chicago has won the last four games by an average margin of 30.2 points. The Cavaliers haven't defeated the Bulls since March 19, 2010.
Luol Deng added 14 points for the Bulls, who begin a five-game homestand Saturday against New Orleans. Joakim Noah scored 10.
Hamilton, plagued by injuries last season, scored 19 points in Chicago's season-opening win over Sacramento.

Rookie C Tyler Zeller picked up three fouls in 4 minutes in the first half. He scored eight points, with seven coming in the second half.

Let this be a note to all NBA fans, it's not the greatest idea to heckle a player not having a good game unless you want them to go on a scoring spree.During Friday's Cavs/Bulls affair, a Cavaliers fan started heckling Bulls guard Richard Hamilton in the third quarter and as you may figure, Richard heard him and took issue with it:"In the third quarter, I decided to...

CLEVELAND - Don't shed any tears for the Chicago Bulls. Sure, they are missing their best player, point guard Derrick Rose, who is recovering from a torn ACL. But this is still a formidable opponent. Just ask the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Bulls annihilated the Cavs on Friday, winning 115-86 before a sell-out crowd at Quicken Loans Arena. Chicago (2-0) has beaten the Cavs...

It was an ugly, ugly game.
Well, that sure was discouraging.
I wasn’t expecting much from the Cavs on Friday night. While I enjoyed the Cavs opening night win against the Wizards, the Bulls are an entirely different basketball beast. The Bulls have veteran players who know what they’re doing on both ends of the floor. Chicago is patient on offense and they move the ball to...
The Chicago Bulls are confident they can succeed while Derrick Rose recovers from a knee injury. With or without their superstar, the Bulls have fared extremely well against the Cleveland Cavaliers of late.
Looking to start 2-0 for the first time since 2002, the Bulls try to extend their winning streak over the Cavaliers to eight Friday night.
Joakim Noah had 23 points with 10...
That’s the rumor.
Now of course, any deal would be at the vet min but Rich wouldn’t mind after being let go by the Orlando Magic.
The Bulls are actual contenders (sorta) and any job is better than no job, right?
