Carlos Boozer scored 19 points, including 11 straight in the fourth quarter, and the Chicago Bulls closed out a six-game road trip with a 93-89 victory over the Utah Jazz on Friday night. Nate Robinson added 18 points for the Bulls, who rebounded nicely from a 32-point loss in Denver 24 hours earlier. Al Jefferson had a season-high 32 points for Utah, scoring the first eight in the fourth period to give the Jazz a 77-73 lead. Boozer, plagued by foul trouble early, got rolling with about 5 minutes remaining against his former team. His layup tied it at 83 with 2:29 left and he scored the next five from the free throw line, including a pair with 27 seconds left for an 88-85 Bulls lead. Randy Foye's layup pulled Utah to 88-87 with 22 seconds left, but the Bulls sealed it at the foul line.

Carlos Boozer for Andrea Bargnani? Bulls and Raptors have explored trade

The Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors have engaged in trade discussions for a deal involving Carlos Boozer for Andrea Bargnani. ESPN's Marc Stein broke the story, and he noted that other players with smaller contracts would have to be added to the deal to make it work. Bulls Have No Plans To Amnesty Boozer In Offseason

Carlos Boozer has long been mentioned as an amnesty candidate for the Bulls, but he has had a highly productive season.

Fashion Glance: worst dressed Chicago Bull; Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer, Rip Hamilton or Joakim Noah

Nate Robinson posed the question on Instagram, “whose the worst dressed Bull.” If we are strictly going off this picture, I say you can take Joakim out of the equation. He doesn’t look bad but he should be practicing the Coco Chanel rule of removing one accessory. In this case, the only accessory. That rosary/ necklace thing is not the move.   Rip looks a little disheveled...

Derrick Rose’s Return Could Make Bulls Bigger Threat Than Heat in Eastern Conference

It has been nine months since Derrick Rose went down in the playoffs, along with any hopes the Chicago Bulls had of being crowned champions in 2012. Suddenly, their best record in the league didn’t mean anything as their star went down with a torn ACL and the Bulls lost their opening-round series against the Philadelphia 76ers. But that was then. This season the Bulls have learned...

Photos: Bulls Celebrate Rip Hamilton’s Birthday

Utah Jazz: Trade Proposals For Paul Millsap and Al Jefferson

The Utah Jazz have a very bright future, headlined by their ridiculously talented young frontcourt duo, made up by Enes Kanter and Derrick Favors, the 3rd picks in the 2011 and 2010 drafts respectively. They also have two very talented young wings in recent lottery picks,  Gordon Hayward and Alec Burks, the former, is already their best perimeter scorer. That is a lot of young...

Bulls-Jazz Preview

The Chicago Bulls' six-game road trip hasn't gone as well as they'd hoped, and ending it on a positive note won't come easy against a Utah Jazz team playing extremely well at home. Utah seeks an 11th victory in its last 12 tries at EnergySolutions Arena while trying to send Chicago to a season worst-tying third straight defeat Friday night. The Jazz (28-22) haven...

Rumor: Spurs in hunt for Al Jefferson?

The Utah Jazz are stuck int he middle of the Western Conference and have a big decision to make. Al Jefferson is going to be a free agent this summer and the team is itching to develop younger players stuck behind him in the rotation like Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter. And there definitely seems to be a desire to try and feature Paul Millsap more. It would make sense then the...

Mo Williams upset with Bill Simmons for saying Jazz need a point guard

Beware, media members: If you question Mo Williams’ abilities, he may be listening, and he will be ready to fire back. ESPN’s Bill Simmons analyzed the Utah Jazz before the Miami Heat-Los Angeles Clippers game aired on ESPN Friday, and one of his comments was that Utah needed a new point guard. Williams, who plays point guard for the Jazz, heard Simmons’ comment and didn...

The Toronto Raptors haven’t received this much attention on the NBA blogosphere since Chris Bosh signed with Miami in 2010.  A little over a week after acquiring Rudy Gay in a three-way trade with the Pistons and Grizzlies, the Raptors are at the center of a new NBA trade rumor. Per Marc Stein of ESPN.com, Toronto and Chicago have engaged each other in talks about a potential...

Jazz-Kings Preview

The second meeting this week between the Utah Jazz and Sacramento Kings could be the last one ever. In search of a bounce-back performance Saturday night, the Jazz are looking to again capitalize on the lowly Kings, who now seem more likely to move north on a map than in the standings. Utah (28-23) has taken two of three season meetings versus Sacramento (17-33), including Monday...
