Chicago Bulls forward Luol Deng has shown limited signs of improvement over the past few days, but he remains unlikely to suit up for tonight’s Game 4 matchup against the Miami Heat, according to Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago.Deng has attempted to warm up with the Bulls over the past couple of days, but each time he tries to do too much of anything he vomits. He said he’s doing ‘OK,’ but admitted that anytime he tries to practice or do individual work he winds up getting sick."I'm OK," he said after Sunday's practice. "Just trying to get back into the rhythm of things. It's not as bad as it was before, just tried to practice [Saturday] or do some individual work, and I just started throwing up a little bit, couldn't finish the workout. Tried to practice with the team today and the same thing [happened]. It's just my body, my system, is not reacting well to anything I'm doing right now."Deng lost 15 pounds during his time sick and in the hospital following the flu and his adverse reaction to a spinal tap. Since, he’s regained two pounds, but it appears he has a long way to go, as he’s still struggling to eat solid foods. The Bulls have been without Deng since early in their opening-round series. While he's taking steps forward, it doesn't seem as though he's likely to return in the second round. In his absence, the team has counted on small forward Jimmy Butler.Follow @hoopsinjurynews
