Minutes before the Chicago Bulls were to stage their first practice of training camp, Keith Bogans was pulled off the practice floor, according to a league source.

December 9, 2011 – Chicago Bulls General Manager Gar Forman released the following statement earlier this evening regarding Keith Bogans’ contract status:
“Keith Bogans is under contract with the Bulls and we have a December 19th option on that contract. At this time, we are exploring several options in finalizing our roster. We have always respected Keith’s professionalism...
Keith Bogans is on a non-guaranteed contract above the NBA minimum and the Bulls will be exploring other options.
Kyle Korver joked it was tough leaving Santa Barbara, Calif., where he trains in the offseason, for the cold of Chicago. Then he saw the compressed, 66-game schedule.
Chicago Bulls center and former Florida Gator Joakim Noah is a big Tim Tebow fan.
Brian Scalabrine is on a non-guaranteed contract with the Bulls.
Luol Deng and the Bulls will play two preseason games against the Pacers, at Indiana on Dec. 16 and at the United Center on Dec. 20.
December 8, 2011 – The Chicago Bulls will begin training camp on Friday, Dec. 9 and hold their annual Media Day event on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 3:00 p.m. at the Sheri L. Berto Center.
The Chicago Tribune is reporting the Bulls are going to make a move to sign Hamilton before the season begins later this month, according to unnamed sources. Hamilton will be waived as part of a buyout that will rid the Pistons of the one of the heroes of the 2004 NBA championship - but had grown into a giant headache to the organization.
The Chicago Bulls continue to insist they're fine as is, not that they'd mind a little help. To that end, Richard Hamilton could be the man. The veteran guard is widely expected to sign with Chicago once his buyout with Detroit is finalized and join MVP Derrick Rose in the backcourt. He would have to clear waivers and pass a physical, but the Bulls appear to be a fit.
This comes as a surprise to just about nobody. But it also seems a good fit. And destined to happen. The Bulls are making a hard charge at Richard Hamilton to become their new two-guard, reports Aggrey Sam at CSNChicago.com. Rip Hamilton was bought out by the Pistons on Friday and is a free agent.…
