Although they are the reigning world champions a lot has been made about a certain vulnerability of the Miami Heat’s.
That knock has been that they lack a true center that can act as their enforcer.
Going into the NBA draft the perceived remedy for the ailment to the team’s continued success was selecting one of the numerous prime big men coming out of the NCAA.
There were non-Players View assembled mock drafts that called for the team to trade up for picks such as Illinois’ Meyers Leonard.
So how did the Heat answer in a way that immediately impacts their starting five?
Chris Bosh is preparing to return to the role that he ran with in Toronto as the team’s confirmed center.
