AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Jamal Crawford and Blake Griffin had 15 points apiece as the Los Angeles Clippers stretched their winning streak to 10 games with an 88-76 victory over the Detroit Pistons at The Palace Monday night. Chris Paul added 14 points and Caron Butler chipped in 11. The streak is the longest since the franchise moved to Los Angeles. The Clippers (18-6), off to their best start in franchise history, were averaging 106.4 points on 49 percent shooting during the first nine games of the streak while holding teams to 91.1 points on 42 percent shooting. They shot 44.9 percent Monday but held the Pistons to 40.8 percent shooting. Butler scored five points during a 12-2 third-quarter run, giving the Clippers a 58-46...

Every team has now played at least 20 games, which means that the NBA season is officially one-quarter of the way complete. The league does not recognize quarter-season achievements, most likely because they want to save all that money it would take to produce those extra trophies, but that is no reason the rest of us cannot recognize these early-season performances.
After all, none...
The Los Angeles Clippers are the hottest team in the NBA right now winning 10 in a row. They got that 10th win with an 88-76 win over the Detroit Pistons last night. In that game to no surprise Blake Griffin had another highlight dunk.
Griffin came up with a steal and then led the Clippers on a 3 on 0 fast-break. He passed the ball to Matt Barnes who then threw it off the backboard...
Raise your hand if you believe Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin is the most electrifying dunker on the NBA. Okay, for those of you who didn't reach for the sky, check out this video of the All-Star forward slamming home a one-handed alley oop dunk. The play came during the waning seconds of the Clippers' 88-76 victory over the Pistons in Detroit on Monday. Blake Griffin turned Auburn Hills, MI into Lob City in the last 30 seconds of the Clippers 88-76 win over the Pistons Monday night. Griffin finished the tilt with two dunks, including an ridiculous catch and stuff from an off-the-backboard lob by teammate Matt Barnes.
Pistons point guard Brandon Knight tried to set up Griffin for more thunder (you read that right), but Griffin...
The Los Angeles Clippers are on a roll, winning ten straight games. Their latest W comes against the Detroit Pistons on the road, where Mr. Griffin found himself in the rare 3 versus 0 fastbreak and teammate Matt Barnes knew just what to do — throw it off the backboard and let Blake do the rest.
Griffin caught the alley-oop with one hand and threw it down like only he can do. Business...
Just by looking at all the highlights Blake Griffin provided in Monday’s win over the Pistons, somebody might get the impressions that the Los Angeles Clippers forward played well. He didn’t, getting only 15 points and four rebounds in 28 minutes, but in Griffin’s case quality, not quantity, mattered.
The most exciting moment came in the fourth quarter, when the Clippers forced...
As previously noted on this website, when the Los Angeles Clippers play a regular season basketball game...there was a Blake Griffin dunk to take note of.However, last night against the Detroit Pistons...there were two. The first came after a block of Detroit's Kyle Singler as he threw down a nasty alley-oop from Chris Paul and the second was a lob from teammate Matt Barnes that...
Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin is known for his slam dunks, but in the first quarter of Monday night's NBA game against the Detroit Pistons, Griffin threw the alley-oop pass to teammate DeAndre Jordan, who finished the play with a slam dunk.
They don't call the Clippers "Lob City" for nothing.

Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups and the Los Angeles Clippers partied at Myst Ultra Lounge in Detroit on Sunday night prior to winning their 10th straight game on Monday vs. the Pistons:
On the final night of their perfect road trip, the Clippers should have had an easier time against the Detroit Pistons. But as they've shown so often this season, playing good defense at critical times can often bail them out.
