Clippers find some solutions in win over Spurs

SAN ANTONIO It would be easy to write off the Clippers' first win here in more than a decade long before Blake Griffin was old enough to dunk to a series of extraordinary circumstances. Spurs dynamo Tony Parker did not play, nursing a strained quadriceps and sparing the Clippers a headache. Mo Williams did not miss, or so it seemed when he was sinking seven of nine 3-pointers...

Day 76 of 124: Scoring Point Guards

and the Forward/Centers who love them… On the next Maury. Line of the Night: Chris Paul (3.78) is obviously not your prototypical Scoring Point Guard, since along with his 36 points (3 threes, 12-20 from the field, 9-9 from the line), had also had 11 assists (plus 4 steals). But you know that Blake Griffin loves him. And you know the Clippers are loving the Big Win over the Spurs...

Blake Griffin is good at jumping in the air and putting the ball in the hoop (video)

I believe the kids are calling it a “slam dunk” these days, but what Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin did to the defense of the New Jersey Nets on this play was pretty rad, as the hipsters say. Late in the third quarter, Griffin took the ball on the baseline, did a little 360-degree [...]
