The Los Angeles Clippers are not offering a first round pick to the Boston Celtics for the rights to hire Doc Rivers as head coach.
The Clippers want to move the Garnett talks to the sideline for now, according to sources.
Discussions between the two teams are not going anywhere until the Clippers change their position on the draft pick compensation.
