PLAYERS: Jerry Sloan
TEAMS: Utah Jazz
Jerry Sloan has been rumored to be interested in a return to the NBA in some sort of capacity and finally a possible return has been linked to the Utah Jazz. Jody Genessy of the Deseret News is reporting: The Utah Jazz have had a preliminary discussion with Sloan about returning to the fold in an unspecified position… “That’s up to (them). That’s a situation that’s strictly up to Ty or somebody in the Jazz organization,” Sloan told the Deseret News.  ”If they want me around, fine. If they don’t, (fine). They’d talked to me a little bit about it a little bit earlier.”  Should he return to the Jazz organization, it will be in a consulting type of position, giving the Jazz his own opinions on a variety of personnel decisions, etc. The Jazz certainly could benefit from having him in the organization based on his basketball knowledge and experience with the franchise. In addition, it would also help heal the wounds that were created by his sudden departure in 2011. –Ben Parker: Follow me on twitter @nba_lord The post Could Jerry Sloan Be Returning To Utah? appeared first on Pass The Pill - Kings of Hoops.
