Adrian Dantley was inducted into Notre Dame's Ring of Honor ring at halftime of the Fighting Irish's game against Providence. Dantley, a 6-foot-5 forward with powerful moves and great fakes, joins Austin Carr, Luke Harangody and Ruth Riley in the Ring of Honor. Dantley played just three years for the Irish and averaged 25.8 points and scored 2,223 career points, third in school history behind Carr and Harangody. Dantley averaged 24.3 points in an NBA career from 1976-1991 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2008.
