David West Says He Can’t See Himself Playing Anywhere Else

David West is heading into free agency with a ton of momentum after having an excellent post season and helping the Pacers get to the Eastern Conference Finals. West will have a long line of potential suitors, buck if you listen to him speak, he doesn’t appear interested.  During the post game press conference last night, West was asked about potentially leaving the Pacers, and...

Roy Hibbert & David West Leave Game 7 Without Shaking Hands With Heat

Roy Hibbert and David West were the only two Pacers to leave the court following the Game 7 loss to the Heat without exchanging words or hand shakes with any of Miami’s players. Poor sportsmanship or just an old-school move, refusing to give in to the rival opponent? According to the Indy Star: For West, it’s simple. He’s old school. He’s like the players in the 1980...

David West’s Impending Free Agency Raises Questions for Pacers’ Future

He is the Pacers’ locker room leader, their best clutch scorer and a sneaky defender. Yet come July, David West could be somewhere other than Indiana. In a lot of ways, the upcoming season should be an intriguing one for the Pacers. Danny Granger, who missed this entire season with a knee injury, will be back for the final year of his contract, provided he is not traded. Roy Hibbert...

Roy Hibbert, David West Explain Why They Didn’t Shake Hands With Heat Following Game 7 Loss

Oh.

Pacers size still too much for Heat

Before Indiana's 91-77 Game Six victory over Miami to force a decisive Game Seven on Monday, Frank Vogel said David West (nursing an injury) told him not to stop the fight. West and Hibbert channel KG and Rondo; leave floor without shaking hands with Heat players

It's a Game 7 tradition in Miami. The opponent loses a hard fought seven game series to the Heat, and then bypasses the traditional post-series handshakes and hugs, instead heading straight to the locker room. Last season it was Rajon Rondo and Kevin Garnett, this year it was Roy Hibbert and David West. From the Indy Star. Roy Hibbert and David West – like Boston’s...

Pacers look to build off strong playoff run

The Indiana Pacers head into this offseason with big plans. First...

Heat blitz Pacers to reach 3rd straight Finals

Ever since the Heat came together on a stage in July 2010 with the pyrotechnics and bravado of a team that was pre-ordained to do great things, intense scrutiny has focused upon them. Every mistake, hiccup, shoulder bump, missed shot, injury, misspoken word, tweet, gesture and breath has been dissected and examined to an unreal and unfathomable level. The Pacers seemed to expose...
