ESPN NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins is at least willing to admit when he is wrong, as one player discovered on Wednesday. On Wednesday’s “NBA Today,” Perkins said he owed Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton a public apology after doubting Haliburton’s status as a franchise guard two years ago.
