Are the Bulls and All-Star guard, Derrick Rose feuding?
Derrick Rose, the Chicago Bulls All-Star and most beloved player since Michael Jordan, appear to be at odds. According to reports from Peter Vecsey’s Twitter account, Derrick Rose did not show up to practice on Saturday. Could this stem from the ESPN report that said Rose has medical clearance to resume playing after suffering a torn ACL 10 months ago?
There is obviously something going on here because Derrick Rose isn’t mentally right to play despite being medically cleared to scrimmage since February 18th. This decision wouldn’t have been made if there was a risk of re-injury related to the original tear. So the question is, do the Bulls feel he should be playing in games by now?
General manager Gar Forman said Saturday there is no communication rift between Derrick Rose and the organization regarding the return date from his left knee injury. Contradictory of what Forman says, reports are saying the Bulls are putting pressure on Rose to finally return to the hardwood.
Derrick Rose did not show up for practice today. Sources say management is putting pressure on him to play. Feels he’s not mentally ready
