Good news Chicago Bulls fans! Derrick Rose, who has sat out the previous two games and been limited in the two prior to that, saw a specialist yesterday. The reports from him all point to Rose returning to action soon. The doctor said that there is no structural damage to Rose’s back, rather that this is just muscular issue, perhaps from over work since the NBA compressed their schedule to fit in 66 games. The Bulls, however, are going to take it slow when it comes to Rose. Currently leading the Eastern Conference by a half game over Miami, and the Pacers in the Central Division by 4.5 games, there is no need to rush Rose back. Why sacrifice a more serious injury later when he could sit out a few games to let his back fully heal. For Rose, he is not having much fun sitting out. He is a competitor and wants to play, but understands that this is doing the best thing for his team, letting the back heal. Rose was voted as an All Star Game starter, which is February 26th in Orlando...
