Rose gets Obama’s vote for NBA MVP and Derrick supports the President’s re-election campaign.
President Obama kicks off his re-election campaign this week in his beloved Chicago and Bulls point guard Derrick Rose will join the Prez at his “fundraiser kick-off” at the Navy Pier Grand Ballroom Thursday, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The Navy Pier event figures to be the cheapest of the three DNC fundraisers Obama will partake in, costing between $100 and $250 per person.
Only makes sense that the most important man in the world join forces with the NBA most valuable player to-be. Who wouldn’t vote for that combo??
