Don’t look now, but LeBron James is submitting the greatest individual NBA season since the Big Dipper was averaging 50 points and the Big O was averaging a triple-double. Actually, maybe you should look. Because for the first time in over a decade, the title of GOAT is officially up for grabs. For the past fifteen years, Michael Jordan has sat comfortably atop the zenith of basketball greatness. By almost any measure, Jordan comes out on top. He was statistically superior to Bird, won more rings than Magic, and had a peak that was simply better than Kobe Bryant’s or anyone else’s. That last point has been the deciding factor in any and all arguments: Bill Russell won more rings, but he also played on super-stacked teams in a league that was much smaller and simply incomparable to today’s game. Wilt Chamberlain and Oscar Robinson put up great numbers on lousy teams that seldom won anything. Jerry West was a perennial bridesmaid sitting at the title table. Maybe you could say tha...

  • Why is he scoring at will?Because the refs have opened the free-throw lane so he can get all those lay-ups and slam-dunks.If he had to score from 10ft out,he would be lucky to score 15points a game.Out of every hail mary from 15ft or more he makes 1 out of 10.What makes him great,THE MEDIA,who have to make a living bragging on this wannabe showboat.

LeBron James Makes Fan's Night; Teaches Him How to Pass

Professionals basketball players are busy--especially during games. That's why it is even more impressive that LeBron James took the time to teach a fan how to pass the ball properly during the first half of the Heat's game with the Clippers Friday night. Lebron-haters will be quick to say that this is another sign of the LeBron James-esque arrogance that has overtaken...

LeBron James' game continues to skyrocket

MIAMI Michael Jordan starred in "Space Jam." Apparently, LeBron James now also is out of this world. James' brilliance makes Wade forgotten man

MIAMI -- Remember Dwyane Wade? He's the guy who once made People magazine's list of the world's 50 most beautiful people, once starred in cell phone commercials with Charles Barkley and once was one of the best players in the NBA. Well, he's still one of the best. It's just he's dropped far enough behind Miami Heat teammate LeBron James that he sometimes...

The Celtics Continue To Ruin My Life

More Snow, Please It's such a fun year in the Asso- ciation, people. LeBron James and Kevin Durant have both taken their games up another notch, which seemed more or less impossible last year; it's not too much of a stretch to say that they might be authoring the two best individual seasons in league history right now. The Knicks, of all teams, turned into a sharing and...
