Ever since talented rookie forward Andre Drummond injured his back just before the All-Star break, the Detroit Pistons have been in a free fall.
They've lost of 14 of their last 16 games, including Tuesday's rout at the hands of the lowly Minnesota Timberwolves.
Fortunately for the Pistons and their fans, there's some good news heading into the season's final month.
The stress fracture in Drummond's back is healing, and he might return as early as Friday's home game against Toronto.
If the above video is any indication, Drummond is more than ready to play and trying to keep the mood light in the Pistons' locker room. Teammate Kim English, the other guy in the video, can attest to that.
