Center Tim Duncan will miss his fourth consecutive game with a sore left knee, but coach Gregg Popovich will return to the bench Wednesday night when the Spurs play host to Charlotte, the San Antonio Express-News reported. Popovich was sidelined for several games because of illness, but the Southwest Division-leading Spurs have maintained the NBA's best record at 36-11. The Spurs continue to show caution with the 36-year-old Duncan, who is averaging 17.5 points and 9.8 rebounds this season. Spurs center DeJuan Blair (knee) also will miss Wednesday's game.
