Playing for the Los Angeles Lakers has inspired a few changes in Dwight Howard.
If you have been watching the team’s their last two games, and as a DirecTV customer I certainly have not, then you may have noticed Howard has been rocking a new look. Yes, the big man has been wearing a headband the last two games.
The headband trend first started on Sunday when Howard wore a stars and stripes band (pictured right) for the team’s game against the Sacramento Kings. The patriotic look was probably his way of celebrating Veterans Day.
The Lakers have gone 1-1 in the two games Howard’s worn the headband, so it’s too early to declare it a good luck charm. It’s not too early to say he may be going to the headband for “LeBron reasons.”
