Lakers center Dwight Howard is struggling through one of the roughest seasons he’s had since entering the NBA.  A warning to fans who feel like taking shots at the big man when he’s down, don’t get upset if he returns the favor. Per Word On The Game, Howard was on Twitter earlier and was simply being his positive self when he tweeted out this quote. Today’s a new day. Don’t let your history interfere with destiny. — Dwight Howard (@DwightHoward) March 2, 2013 A fan who felt like riling Howard up shot a reply tweet to Dwight that stated, “Your Free Throws Will Never Improve.” I’m sure the fan assumed Howard would take the shot and keep on moving with his day.  Howard did none of that.  He responded back, “Yo Pockets Won’t Neither.” Dwight probably should have kept it moving, and could catch some flak for throwing finances in the dudes face, but if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it.

Dwight Howard: I led a team in Orlando that was full of players nobody wanted

Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard was once one of the most beloved players in the NBA, but somewhere along the line he became a phony. Or, should we say, that became the public perception of Superman. Howard has battled critics all season long in LA. Most of them are the same critics who have been riding him since he was a member of an Orlando Magic team that was heading in...

Dwight Howard says he played with nobodys in Orlando

Dwight Howard left a bad taste in many Orlando Magic fan’s mouths. In a recent interview with Kristine Leahy of CBS/KCAL 9, Dwight has assured that time won’t diminish the bitter taste left for Magic fans to consume with these comments about his former team: “I always tell people, like hey, my team in Orlando was a team full of people who nobody wanted, and I was the leader...

Dwight Howard: “My team in Orlando was a team full of people that nobody wanted.”

There is no way escaping the fact that Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard is easily the most unlikable player in the NBA. He really has zero redeeming qualities that we can point out in an effort to even play devil’s advocate. Even his most recent interview he managed to give a quote to show just how insufferable he is. We all know that Dwight wanted out of Orlando. Well,...

Dwight Howard Says He Could Have Sat Out The Entire Season

I know it is LA and the Lakers, but Dwight seems to have a lot to say, all the time. His former teammate Jameer Nelson says he talks too much to the media and grow up. He isn’t the only one who feels that way. When I read these quotes from Dwight, it sounds like, he either wants people to feel sorry for him or he wants to be praised for playing hurt, like millions of players before...

Atlanta Hawks forward Josh Smith has known Dwight Howard since they were kids and played on the same AAU team. On Sunday Smith weighed on on the center’s future before the Hawks and Los Angeles Lakers tangled at Staples Center. He claimed Howard was simply too loyal to leave the Lakers this summer as a free agent. I’ll go ahead and give you a minute to stop laughing as you think...

He’s still getting into shape and having issues related to...

Los Angeles Lakers: LA Now At .500. Next Stop Playoffs?

The Los Angeles Lakers may not be a team of destiny, or champions, or even a playoff team, but do not tell that to them, as they are on a torrid run. Apparently oblivious to the outside world, the Lakers have finally started playing the way they should have all year. They are now at .500, 30-30 and only 2.5 games back of the Houston Rockets for the final playoff spot. Here is...
