On the same night when UConn defeated San Diego State to advance to the Elite 8, former Connecticut standout Emeka Okafor was busy making highlights of his own. Okafor, who isn't exactly known for his offensive abilities, hit an amazing game-tying buzzer beater in Utah to send last night's Hornets-Jazz game into overtime. Okafor's Hornets capitalized on the shot, eventually winning 121-117 in OT. I'm pretty sure Okafor couldn't hit that shot again if you gave him 1000 tries, but, hey, sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
