Three big men down and just one game played. Milwaukee Bucks coach Larry Drew doesn't like the way that computes. Power forward Ersan Ilyasova suffered a sprained right ankle in the Bucks' 99-87 loss in the preseason opener against Cleveland on Tuesday night putting him on the sideline along with injured center Zaza Pachulia and power forward Ekpe Udoh. "In looking at him it was pretty severe" Drew said. "Hopefully he's OK because right now we are really down in big men." Initial X-rays taken at Quicken Loans Arena revealed no fracture but Ilyasova said he would have another test done Wednesday. He fell to the floor in pain after colliding with the Cavaliers' C.J. Miles on a play in the second quarter. "I had twisted that ankle before but never that bad" Ilyasova said. "We're going to have another X-ray tomorrow and we'll see. "I can't even step on it. It hurts that much but I will get a lot of treatment and try to get back. It's really disappointing." The Bucks with 11 new players on the roster struggled offensively and fell behind 80-59 after three quarters. Both teams played reserves in the final period. The one true bright spot for the Bucks was the play of 18-year-old rookie Giannis Antetokounmpo who finished with 14 points four rebounds and three blocked shots in a team-high 29 minutes. "I didn't expect to play so much" Antetokounmpo said. "I didn't think I was nervous. I just was thinking to go out there and play as hard as I can and tough." Antetokounmpo made some mistakes and was called several times for traveling but he showed the athletic skills that prompted the Bucks to select him with the 15th pick in the June draft. "I'm excited about him" center Larry Sanders said. "He does so many things on the floor to affect the game. He blocks shots. He scored the ball well rebounded and ran the floor well. "I think he can only go up. He's fearless. He's just going to go and play basketball."
