Found January 15, 2013 on Celtics Life:
Would be funnier if it was the real Carmelo Anthony, but it's pretty wild nonetheless. If you don't speak Twitter, basically a Knicks fan by the name of Matthew Shin, aka @Melo4MVP, put out a tweet saying if if Knicks fans retweeted it 2000 times he'd smack Jeff Green in the face at the next Celtics/Knicks game. Jeff Green responded (as he often does to people who say something negative about him on twitter) with "Make it 50 retweets."  Shin then said, "KEEP DOING IT! WE GUNNA BE FIGHTING BOY" to which Green offered to get Shin tickets and passes to accommodate Shin's desire for a fight (which Green would destroy Shin in). Oh Twitter.

Carmelo Anthony At Jordan Melo M9 Release Party

Carmelo Anthony Has No Regard For The Knicks Or Their Fans

This is weird. And I know if I were a Knicks fan or part of the organization, I’d be pissed. Apparently Carmelo Anthony has been fasting the last 15 days or so. Dude wasn’t eating complete meals. Isn’t he a paid athlete, where conditioning and body preservation are part of his job. Talk about silly and irresponsible. “I usually do it to get some clarity in my life and spiritual...

Apparently this is a yearly ritual for Melo. According to the NY Daily News: It’s just...
