Baron Davis has had an impressive career since being selected third overall in the 1999 NBA Draft. Since then he’s played for the Charlotte/New Orleans Hornets, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks. Most people believed his career came to an end last season when he ripped his ACL and MCL. However, now Davis is planning a comeback and refusing to say his NBA career is over. Baron Davis has been a two time NBA All-Star, a two time NBA steals leader, named to the All-NBA Third Team and won the 2004 NBA Skills Challenge. No one should laugh at his career accomplishments. However, to make a comeback from a torn ACL and MCL at his age is a lofty goal. To return from those injuries the very next season is nearly impossible. Just don’t tell Davis that.
