D-Will returned to Charlotte, the site of his 57-point game a year ago, and scored 20 points with eight assists tonight in a Nets win   Coming in, losing four of their last five games, the Nets needed a win in the worst way tonight vs the horrendously bad Charlotte Bobcats. Well, after a first half that left much to be desired, Brooklyn held its opponent to just nine points in the third quarter, catapulting the Nets to a second half in which they outscored Charlotte by a score of 56-25. In an odd reversal of trends for Brooklyn, they found themselves down 10 points after the first two quarters and, as noted, completely flipped the script in the last two. A surprising occurrence for the lowest-scoring third quarter team in the NBA. Even though they hadn't played in three days, the Nets were extremely sluggish coming out of the gate tonight and couldn't really get much going in the game's first 24 minutes.
